I just wanted to give high praise for the fine customer service Bernice and Art provided during a very stressful time for us on our recent cruise, with a stop in Victoria, BC. Our disability scooter batteries failed on our aunt’s scooter. Art went the extra mile (or ten) to get us moving again. In the end, it turned out be an enjoyable and successful check-off-the-bucket-list for my aunt and her sister because of the service they provided. I can’t say enough good, and words can hardly describe how grateful we are for your service. Ask Art about the rest of the story.
